Euronext and MTS Opportunity

MTS (part of the Euronext Group) is a leading operator of regulated electronic platforms (interdealer and dealer-to-client) and market data services for the European fixed income market. With over three decades of experience, MTS is a cornerstone of the fixed income trading ecosystem, recognised for its innovation, reliability, and comprehensive product offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point contact, support clients with day-to-day trading activities, resolving issues and configurations by phone, email or on-site as required.
  • Raise cases to second level support and maintain client records.
  • Monitor market processes, transactions and all other services that are fundamental for the correct functioning of the market and clients dedicated services.
  • Support Sales with client onboarding and management by providing timely responses and collaborating for best practice solutions, demos of the GUI onsite or via Webex.
  • Actively collaborate with all MTS groups in order to address/solve correctly market issues or improvements.
  • Create, Manage and delete users for clients.
  • Send out messages to all market participants.

Candidate Profile/ Key Skills

The ideal candidate has:

  • A Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • An understanding of financial instruments and financial markets.
  • Knowledge and practical understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and effectively with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to manage changing priorities and requirements.
