About the Role

To enhance the client-adviser relationship by providing proactive support to both clients and Personal Wealth Advisers. This involves timely and high-standard responses to requests, proactive client contact to build strong relationships, and contributing significantly to client satisfaction and adherence to the company’s values and behaviors. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Client Services Associate will be responsible for understanding how we can help our existing and potential clients, championing best-in-class client service, alongside accurate, organized, collaborative delivery of required relationship-focused tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure every action we take benefits our clients, putting them first to provide the best possible experience, challenging ourselves to think differently and lead the way in finding new ways to help our clients.
  • Proactively contact clients to understand their needs, provide support, and develop strong relationships.
  • Engage prospective clients, positioning the SPW value proposition and supporting clients into the advice journey.
  • Build rapport quickly and feel comfortable conversing easily and professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Support clients and advisers with their goals and objectives.
  • Handle client inquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Maintain client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Assist Personal Wealth Advisers through diary management and developing strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have the disposition to adopt and adapt to change quickly.
  • Contribute to individual and team objectives and will be given the support to be able to invest in improving your personal performance by growing your own skills and capabilities.
