About the Role
We're looking for a personable, organised, and proactive Client Services Consultant to join our Residential Agency team. You'll be the first point of contact for sellers and landlords - managing enquiries and ensuring every client receives a smooth, professional experience from first contact through to completion of their transaction.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming client enquiries via phone, email, and other marketing channels
- Proactively contact our database of clients and work with colleagues from across the CBRE business to identify new business opportunities
- Onboard new clients including all necessary compliance tasks (ID checks, AML etc where applicable)
- Liaise with vendors and landlords throughout the sales or letting process
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Support the progression of sales/lets through to exchange, completion, or move-in
- Handle client feedback and resolve queries or complaints promptly and professionally
- Work closely with Managers, Listers and Property Managers to ensure seamless service delivery

What You'll Need
- Previous experience in a Client Services / Business Development role in residential agency
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
- Proficiency with CRM systems and general IT literacy (MS Office/Google Workspace)
- Knowledge of property legislation and the sales/lettings process
