WHAT IS ON OFFER

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Dundonald, UK.

In this client-facing role, your primary responsibility will be to organise and manage AHKES solid fuel laboratory related appointments while ensuring a professional level of service is consistently maintained and exceeded. You will also be responsible for meeting client expectations through the accurate and timely reporting of results and operations and liaising closely with relevant stakeholders. Beyond the day-to-day coordination, you will actively identify methods to standardise, streamline, and improve our service levels.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Required Competencies

  • Team player who will support colleagues, management, and the business needs.
  • IT knowledge and data entry experience would be advantageous

Required Work Experience

  • Experience in day-to-day fast-paced operational environment
  • Experience in a commercial technical environment and knowledge of procedures/processes is preferred

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional certification and experience

Travel

Travel as required both domestically and internationally
