Client Services Coordinator – Remote

Location: UK – Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000–£32,000 + Benefits

About the Role

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to support clients, coordinate requests and ensure a smooth service experience. This remote role is ideal for candidates with strong communication, administration and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients
  • Respond to client enquiries by phone and email
  • Coordinate client requests and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate client records and account information
  • Monitor outstanding actions and ensure timely completion
  • Work with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Prepare basic reports and service updates
  • Support day-to-day client administration

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration or client support preferred
