Client Services Coordinator – Remote
Location: UK – Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000–£32,000 + Benefits
About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to support clients, coordinate requests and ensure a smooth service experience. This remote role is ideal for candidates with strong communication, administration and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for clients
- Respond to client enquiries by phone and email
- Coordinate client requests and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client records and account information
- Monitor outstanding actions and ensure timely completion
- Work with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Prepare basic reports and service updates
- Support day-to-day client administration

Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or client support preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
