What you'll be doing
You'll develop your customer service skills in an office-based, call-handling role. This challenging position puts you at the centre of our communication hub.

- Handle professional communications with clients and internal teams using our bespoke systems
- Work within a high-performing team
- Help maintain our commitment to excellent customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
- Fluent, clear, and professional English language skills
- Proven telephony experience - preferably from a customer facing role (minimum 6 months)
- Excellent communication, influencing, planning, and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload, effectively multi-tasking at pace
- Credible, confident, reliable, and resilient
- Proficient in use of Office365 and comfortable learning new systems
