- Maintain clear records of completed work, outstanding items, and client-specific requirements.
Client & Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to understand each client's priorities, requirements, and compliance policies.
- Communicate with clients, affiliates, partners, and internal teams when required as part of service delivery.

- Keep existing documentation up to date as processes, tools, and client requirements change.
- Surface recurring issues, product limitations, and opportunities to Product and Engineering teams based on your day-to-day experience using BrandVerity's platforms.
- Look for ways to reduce unnecessary manual work while maintaining the quality and accuracy of our services.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- Strong attention to detail: you'll regularly work with client data and compliance decisions where accuracy matters.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills: you'll be managing multiple clients, recurring workflows, and deadlines at the same time.
- Strong ownership and reliability: you're comfortable taking responsibility for your work and making sure tasks are completed from start to finish.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills: you can communicate effectively with teammates, clients, and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills: you're able to work through unfamiliar situations, investigate issues, and determine the appropriate next step.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and repeatable operational processes.
- Able to learn new software, workflows, and subject areas quickly.
- Able to clearly document a process so someone unfamiliar with it can understand and follow it.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with teammates across different functions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in client services, customer operations, compliance, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience working regularly in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience or familiarity with search engine marketing (SEM), paid search, or search engine advertising.
- Experience reviewing or analyzing large sets of data.
- Experience working within established operational or quality-control processes.
- Experience creating SOPs, process guides, training materials, or internal documentation.
- Experience communicating directly with customers or external partners.
- An interest in identifying opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive work.
The Kind of Person We're After
- You're detail-oriented and notice when something doesn't look right rather than simply moving on to the next task.
- You're organized and comfortable juggling several different clients, priorities, and deadlines without losing track of the details.
- You take ownership of your work and don't need someone checking in at every step to make sure things get done.
- You're comfortable working within established processes, but you'll speak up when you see a better way to do something.
- You're curious and willing to investigate when the answer isn't immediately obvious.
- You communicate clearly and know when to solve something independently versus when to ask for help or escalate.
- You enjoy turning complicated or manual workflows into organized, repeatable processes and documenting them so the rest of the team can execute them consistently.
- Autonomously drive outcomes: we're looking for people who demonstrate initiative, follow through on their responsibilities, and look for what needs to happen next rather than waiting to be told.
