Client Services Coordinator (Remote UK)

Overview

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to support day-to-day client communication, coordination, and service delivery.

This is a strong opportunity for someone at entry level who has good communication skills, enjoys helping people, and can manage multiple tasks accurately while working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client enquiries in a clear and professional manner
  • Coordinate day-to-day client requests and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate client records and update relevant systems
  • Support scheduling, communication, and service coordination
  • Help resolve routine client issues efficiently
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure requests are handled effectively
  • Track outstanding actions and follow up where required
  • Prepare basic client-related documentation and updates
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
