Client Services Director – Corporate Investors
London (Hybrid) | Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Are you a senior client service leader with the presence, credibility and gravitas to confidently lead the room, build trusted relationships and engage effectively with senior stakeholders?
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the client service proposition for a high-value corporate client base within a well-established, multi-award-winning alternative investment manager.
The Role
You'll be the most senior point of contact for corporate investors: businesses, directors and shareholders with investments of £1m. You'll own the end-to-end investor journey and lead the development of the corporate client service function as it grows. The role involves:

- Acting as the senior relationship lead for company directors and shareholders, including attending board meetings where required
- Leading the client service side of complex corporate events such as liquidations, probate, mergers and company restructures
- Line managing a member of the team, with a focus on performance and development
- Working confidently across Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Company Secretarial and Reporting teams
- Owning service standards, case management and data quality for the corporate function
About You
- Significant senior-level, client-facing experience within structured investments, estate planning, wealth, private banking or wider financial services
- Confident and credible at board level, with the gravitas to lead the conversation.
- Working knowledge of corporate structures and basic company law
- Experience managing complex, sensitive client situations
- A people leader with excellent communication skills and high professional standards
