Client Services Executive | £35,000 | Kent

📍 Location: Kemsing, Kent
💰 Salary: £35,000
🕐 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4.30pm
🌙 Late shifts: Approximately 1–2 times per week, working 1pm–9.30pm, scheduled in advance
🚗 Free on-site parking

About the company

Our client is an established specialist business working across the beauty, cosmetics and influencer marketing space. They manage the distribution of products, PR packages and promotional mailers to influencers, journalists and other industry contacts across the UK and US.

They’re a growing, hands-on team where everyone plays an important role, so this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys having variety in their day, building strong client relationships and getting involved in projects from start to finish.

Role:

This is a great opportunity for someone with 3+ years’ experience in client services, account management or a similar role who enjoys being hands-on, organised and working across a variety of projects.

You’ll be responsible for managing client projects from start to finish, coordinating fulfilment and mailing activity, liaising with clients and internal teams and keeping the day-to-day administration running smoothly.

The role includes:

  • Managing projects across UK and US operations
  • Client communication via email, phone and WhatsApp
  • Preparing quotes, raising orders and handling client requests
  • Managing CRM and job management systems
  • Excel-based data processing and administration
  • Booking couriers and postal services
  • Coordinating deliveries and fulfilment
  • Supporting warehouse and packing activity when required
  • Helping keep the workspace organised and running efficiently

We’re looking for someone who is:

✔️ Experienced in client services, account management or project coordination
✔️ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
✔️ Confident communicating with clients and colleagues
✔️ Comfortable using Excel and CRM systems
✔️ Practical and happy to get involved with hands-on tasks when needed
✔️ Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
✔️ Comfortable working as part of a small, collaborative team
