Selling your home shouldn’t feel like guesswork. At GetAgent, we collate data to show homeowners which estate agents really deliver. The result? Less stress, quicker sales, and happier movers.

We are a growing team of 85+ incredible colleagues working tirelessly to support 25,000 homeowners a month to navigate the complicated process of selling property - and our client services team are at the forefront of this mission.

Role Overview

We help homeowners by providing them with impartial data on estate agency performance; allowing them to make informed decisions on which estate agency to partner with when selling their home.

Our Client Services team plays a vital role in guiding customers through this journey. By gathering relevant information and understanding each customer’s individual needs, the team brings clarity to the data, provides valuable market insights and helps customers get the most from our services; ultimately empowering them to confidently book a valuation with their chosen estate agency.

You will play a central role in delivering this experience, leading telephone consultations with homeowners who have signed up for our services; ensuring every interaction is helpful, reassuring and exceptional from start to finish.

What You'll be doing

  • Contacting Homeowners who have signed up to our services; guiding them to the point where they are comfortable to book in valuations with their selected agents
  • You will be a trusted advisor to your customers, helping them navigate the complicated process of putting their property on the market and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Assist our customers in identifying the best estate agents for their particular property and needs through a data-driven approach.
  • Keep accurate records of conversations, outcomes and follow ups through our CRM system.
  • Most importantly, you will take pride in delivering a great customer experience.

What we'll need from you

We are looking for people with great potential and we don’t need a wealth of experience. This role will ultimately see you become a property specialist and an expert on the process of home selling; and we will provide the tools and training to get you there. What we tend to look for is as follows:

  • Experience - Most suitable for Entry-level / Graduates or some early experience in a comparable role.
  • Intelligence - You'll be able to quickly assess a situation and provide suitable suggestions and valuable market insights; whilst appreciating the importance of the process our customers are entering into.
  • Resilience - You enjoy the challenge of gathering information and providing a solution to our customers queries or issues.
  • Personality - You are a people person; you are engaging and have the ability to build an instant rapport with our customers.
  • Communication - You are a confident communicator and enjoy speaking with a wide range of people.

Working Schedule

  • 5 days per week, with a mix of [09.00-18.00] & [11.00-20.00] shifts.
  • Requirement to work every other Saturday (in place of one of the weekdays)
  • 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
