We're partnering with a highly respected independent wealth and investment management business to recruit a Senior Client Services Executive to join their successful Professional Adviser Services team.
This opportunity is designed exclusively for candidates with a background in wealth management, private wealth, investment management, or an IFA practice. Due to the specialist nature of the role, applications from candidates outside these sectors will not be considered.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal position within a high-performing team, providing exceptional support to advisers, intermediaries, and clients. You'll play a central role in delivering a first-class client experience while gaining exposure to complex investment and wealth management processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key relationship point for advisers, intermediaries, and clients.
- Manage complex client and adviser enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Support client onboarding processes, including KYC and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare client reviews, valuations, meeting packs, and portfolio reports.
- Process client instructions, payments, transfers, and investment-related transactions.
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date client records.
- Work closely with Operations, Compliance, and Investment teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client service and improve internal processes.

About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience within a wealth management, investment management, private wealth, or IFA environment.
- A strong understanding of wealth management administration and client servicing.
- Experience supporting advisers and high-net-worth client relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- A proactive, professional, and relationship-focused approach.
- Experience with CRM systems; Xplan experience would be highly advantageous.
