The Role
The Client Services team forms a crucial bridge between clients and the firm's legal teams. As the first point of contact, this team is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to legal support.

As a Client Services Executive, you'll be the face of the firm to new clients, representing its values and maintaining high standards of service throughout the onboarding process.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver excellent customer care by assisting clients with legal inquiries across a range of communication channels.
- Gather and record client details accurately using case management software.
- Liaise with legal teams, ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate department promptly.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by conducting KYC checks and opening new client matters.
- Manage your workload effectively, ensuring all tasks and inboxes are actioned and cleared daily.
- Develop a solid understanding of the firm’s legal services and departments.
- Adapt to changing team and business priorities with flexibility and a positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- A proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the legal sector or a similar client-focused role.
- Knowledge of Proclaim or similar case management systems (training provided).
