Role Description
We're looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Services Executive to join our fast-paced team.
You'll play a key role in strengthening client relationships and driving revenue through excellent service delivery and strategic account growth.
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, responding to inquiries, and ensuring that service delivery meets client expectations. It also involves supporting business development through nurturing long-term client relationships and gathering feedback to inform continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Build proactive client relationships – maintain regular communication with clients regarding existing bookings, upcoming opportunities, and service updates.
- Drive revenue growth – achieve revenue growth targets for assigned accounts through effective account management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact – handle client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and enhance client satisfaction – work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly, ensuring high service standards and strong customer retention.
- Improve conversion rates – increase the inbound quote-to-conversion ratio through effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Handle inbound inquiries and create accurate quotes using the company's quoting software.
- Add jobs to the scheduling system, ensuring all necessary information is entered accurately and on time.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination of services for clients.
- Use CRM to manage client accounts effectively, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for quoting and scheduling.
- A proactive, results-driven approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
