About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer focused Senior Client Services Executive to support our customers and ensure every interaction with SWAY is exceptional. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and love delivering outstanding service, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent SWAY by handling customer enquiries across phone, email and online channels with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
  • Resolve queries, concerns and complaints by finding smart, timely solutions that leave customers feeling valued and supported.
  • Process customer orders accurately, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from enquiry to delivery.
  • Provide exceptional product and service guidance, using the right information to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions, orders and feedback to support continuous service improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Operations, Warehouse, and Sales, to ensure customer requests are actioned quickly and correctly.
  • Manage and prioritise your workflow, contributing to a seamless, positive customer journey during busy periods and high-volume days.
  • Champion the customer experience, identifying opportunities to enhance service and strengthen loyalty.

  • 24+ months’ experience in customer service within a fast-paced Hair & Beauty environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, approachable and confident manner.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive problem-solver, able to think on your feet and take ownership of customer needs.
  • Good technical skills, including MS Office; Shopify experience is a bonus.
  • A supportive team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
