Client Services Account Executive / Senior Account Executive
Digital Marketing Agency | Hybrid Working | £28,000- £32,000
Are you passionate about client relationships, digital marketing and delivering exceptional campaigns?
We're partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing digital agency looking to hire a Client Services Account Executive to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with agency experience who enjoys managing projects, building strong client relationships, and working across integrated digital campaigns.
You'll act as the bridge between clients and specialist teams across Paid Social, Organic Social, PPC and SEO, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and against agreed objectives.
The Role
As part of the Client Services team, you'll help manage and coordinate digital campaigns from briefing through to delivery, working closely with both clients and internal channel specialists.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating integrated digital marketing campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, Organic Social and SEO
- Managing project timelines, briefs, deliverables and client communications
- Working closely with internal teams across SEO, PPC, Social, Content, Design, Development and Strategy
- Organising client meetings, status updates and performance reviews
- Preparing reports, presentations and campaign updates
- Turning campaign performance data into actionable client insights
- Monitoring budgets, forecasts, billing and account administration
- Supporting client retention and identifying opportunities for account growth
- Resolving client queries and delivery challenges professionally and efficiently
- Building strong, long-term client relationships

About You
We're looking for candidates who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, and have a genuine interest in digital marketing.
You'll ideally have:
- 1-3 years' experience in Account Management, Client Services or Project Coordination within a digital or marketing agency
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels including PPC, Paid Social, Organic Social and SEO
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with reports, budgets and campaign performance data
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively
Previous property or real estate sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
