Job Summary
Finelight Media Ltd is a rapidly expanding media company with market-leading B2B media brands, and dynamic marketing & creative services. As a forward-thinking organisation, we are dedicated to providing real growth for our clients and team members.
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Client Services Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling Digital Advertising, sponsorship of our Newsletters/Webinars/Events, and Lead Generation solutions to our existing and new B2B clients.
Main Responsibilities/Activities
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients, build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximise account growth and retention.
- Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet client objectives and budgets.
- Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of our digital advertising and sponsorship services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and customised campaigns.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.

Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B media sales experience in digital advertising and media sponsorship.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, lead generation campaigns, and sponsorship sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate concepts concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
