Who we're looking for at Cazenove Capital?
We’re looking for a Client Service Executive to join our Wealth Management division known as Cazenove Capital, which is part of the Schroders group.
You will work alongside a team of Portfolio Managers and Directors and will be a critical part of the client team and in some cases serving as the first port of call for clients in their dealings and administrative requests. You will take a proactive role alongside the Portfolio Manager in delivering excellent client service.
You’ll be busy, hands-on and can-do. You will develop deep technical knowledge of our processes and systems and work across the business to challenge, develop and improve our processes and foster a wider understanding. You will be a 'go-to' person for colleagues at all levels across the business.

What you'll do
- Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Directors and have a comprehensive understanding of the needs of the clients you are working with; be a valued contributor to developing relationships of trust
- Handle administrative duties promptly for our clients, such as cash transfer requests and monitoring overdrafts
- Set up accounts for new clients
- Help to ensure client accounts are compliant and in-keeping with current regulation and procedures
- Be a point of contact for clients and professional advisers: react to all enquiries in a timely manner and maintain a record of responses
- Have regular communication with the client team to discuss client queries
- Help team members complete and distribute client reports, such as portfolio valuations and tax reports, particularly at the end of the quarter
- You may be asked to contribute to business-wide client service and internal process committees. You will build a strong internal network and have a good understanding of the key client service issues affecting the business
- Work closely with our Operations teams to make our clients' experience seamless
- You may be asked to attend client meetings with Portfolio Managers & Directors
- Take responsibility for systems’ training, testing and improving internal processes
- Have excellent technical knowledge and the experience to highlight and share best practice throughout the business when required. You should be comfortable challenging the status quo when appropriate
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and be involved with training

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- Excellent IT skills, especially with the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience of client service
- A keen interest in helping our clients and their families
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to multi-task
- Previous experience of collaboration and teamwork
