Client Services Executive
Location: Reading

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Client Services Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects and being at the centre of delivering outstanding customer service.
The Role
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers once projects have been handed over by the Sales Team or authorised by the client.
Working closely with Sales, Studio, Production and Logistics, you will coordinate projects from enquiry through to delivery, keeping customers informed, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining the highest levels of service throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple customer projects from handover through to completion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Keep customers updated on project progress and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Sales, Studio, Production and Logistics to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Update CRM and MIS systems accurately.
- Monitor project deadlines and resolve issues proactively.
- Escalate operational concerns where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate customer and project records.
- Support continuous improvement of internal processes and customer experience.

Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in Client Services, Account Management or Customer Service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Experience using an MIS system is advantageous.
- Print, graphics or signage industry experience is desirable but not essential.

Essential Requirements
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English.
- Experience in a busy customer-facing environment.
- Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
