Client Services Executive
Immediate Start FTC/Perm Central London
£30,000 plus bonus
AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Services Executive to be the first point of contact for individuals, organisations, and businesses interested in participating in unique experiences and experiential events.
Working within a global media and entertainment organisation, you will manage enquiries across multiple channels, including telephone, email, webchat, and social platforms, guiding prospective clients through the journey from initial interest to confirmed engagement. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting commercial growth through efficient enquiry management, research, and administrative coordination.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, relationship building, and managing a high volume of enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries via phone, email, webchat, and online channels.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional, timely, and engaging manner.
- Provide information on opportunities, experiential events, and related products.
- Qualify leads and identify customer requirements to recommend suitable services and solutions.
- Guide prospective clients through the enquiry and booking process.
Lead Management & Conversion
- Manage and track enquiries through the customer journey from initial contact to confirmed client.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity within CRM systems.
- Work closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Research & Information Support
- Conduct research to support customer enquiries and event requirements.
- Gather and verify information required for record-breaking attempts and experiential activities.
- Ensure customers receive accurate guidance and appropriate documentation.
Administration & Coordination
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and customer communications.
- Manage administrative processes related to bookings and event delivery.
- Maintain databases, records, and filing systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Produce reports on enquiry volumes, conversion rates, and service performance.
- Support operational teams with customer onboarding and event preparation activities.
Service Excellence
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational processes.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in a customer service, client services, sales support, within E-commerce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing customer enquiries through multiple channels, including email and webchat.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
