Our client, a leading global legal services firm, is looking for an Account Client Executive to join their growing Leeds team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in client services, account management, commercial administration or project coordination who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
You'll support a portfolio of international clients, acting as the key link between clients, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure matters are delivered efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing international client accounts and stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Producing reports and analysing data.
- Managing billing and resolving client queries.
- Identifying process improvements and delivering exceptional client service.

About You
You'll have:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
