What You'll Do
- Manage a wide range of client administration activities, including onboarding, transfers, payments, account updates, estate administration, and account closures.
- Support client communications and reporting processes.
- Handle client queries efficiently and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records and support regulatory and audit requirements.
- Prepare meeting documentation and assist with operational administration.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance client service.

About You
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Interest in building a career within investment management or financial services.
- Previous financial services administration experience is beneficial but not essential.
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grades A-C/4-9.
- Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach.
