Client Services Opportunity - (12 Months)

A highly regarded global financial services firm is seeking an experienced Client Services professional to join its EMEA team based in London.

About the Role

In this senior client services role, you will act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, building deep, trusted relationships and ensuring outstanding servicing across every stage of the client life cycle. You will lead client engagements, collaborate on operational service improvements, and drive strategic innovation in response to evolving industry needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external client servicing needs.
  • Lead client meetings independently and represent the business in critical engagements.
  • Manage complex client relationships from onboarding through ongoing service delivery.
  • Apply thought leadership to client-focused projects and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of investor reporting and client communication.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and efficiencies.
  • Keep clients informed on industry developments, regulatory changes, and new initiatives.

Experience Required:
