Description & Requirements
Bloomberg LP has built a significant Media business spanning television, digital, magazine, radio and live event platforms across the globe. In the midst of a historic time in the Media industry, Bloomberg Media is growing its global footprint and reach through new innovations from Originals to New Economy.
We work hard, and we work fast - while keeping up the quality and accuracy we're known for. It's what keeps us inventing and reinventing, all the time. "Our culture is wide open, just like our spaces." We bring out the best in each other. And through our countless volunteer projects, we help bring out the best in the communities around us, too. You can do amazing work here. Work you couldn't do anywhere else. It's up to you to make it happen.
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and customer-obsessed Client Services Lead to join our Client Services organization in the European region, based in London. This is a senior individual contributor role designed for a proven operator who thrives in complexity, owns the most sophisticated partnerships, and elevates both client outcomes and internal standards. The successful candidate will display a genuine curiosity, positive can-do attitude, ability to effectively and productively collaborate, strength in communication, takes accountability, and lead with a growth mindset.
This role sits at the intersection of executional excellence, strategic advisory, and team mentorship. You will independently lead Bloomberg Media’s most complex, custom, and integrated partnerships while acting as a trusted advisor to senior clients and internal stakeholders. You will also serve as an escalation point and mentor for Client Services team members, and as a driver of initiatives that improve how we work, collaborate, and deliver globally.
You'll be viewed by clients as an extension of their team — deeply fluent in their business, industry, and objectives — and by colleagues as a calm, credible leader who brings clarity, rigor, and solutions when frameworks are ambiguous or break down.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
