Job Description
We are seeking a Client Services Liaison to manage and coordinate client flight activity, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience through effective planning, communication, and operational support. This role plays a crucial part in liaising between clients, operations, and internal teams to ensure efficient flight delivery in line with client expectations.

KPIs / Success Indicators
- Percentage of client requests completed accurately and within the agreed service level
- Percentage of flights delivered without preventable client-service issues
- Percentage of issues resolved or escalated within the agreed response time
- Client satisfaction score for supported trips
Job Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial or client-focused environment
- Experience in corporate or commercial aviation
- High-level customer service experience
- Flexibility in working hours including out-of-hours and weekend cover
- Good understanding of aircraft performance
- Excellent geographical knowledge
- High level of spoken and written English
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Strong operational understanding
