Role: Client Services Manager

Start Date: October 2026 or sooner
Location: Kensington, London
Contract Term: 12 month maternity cover contract (possibility of permanent role becoming available as the team grows)
Salary: £29,000 - £45,000
A leading and innovative educational consultancy in central London is seeking a Client Services Manager for October 2026. This is a full-time role covering maternity leave (12 months) initially, but it is hoped as the team grows a permanent role will become available.
Responsibilities
As a Client Services Manager, your primary focus will be to:
- Work closely with each family who enquires about our educational services
- Sell bespoke tuition and educational consultancy services
- Represent exemplary tutors and their academic excellence, teaching styles, and years of pastoral care
- Be a good judge of character and enjoy working with a myriad of different personalities

Requirements
This role is a sales role. We require someone who is comfortable:
- Making sales on the phone
- Writing specific, informative, and charming emails
- Sincerely caring about helping children and young adults achieve their academic potential
Your work will be dynamic; one day you may help find a tutor who can delicately balance the provision of emotional sensitivity with academic excellence to support a child’s learning through a difficult time, on another day, structure and coordinate a suite of tutors to deliver GCSE home schooling to a child.
In addition to managing these relationships, you will handle a variety of tasks including:

- Liaising with schools and external educational organizations
This role is fast-paced, particularly during peak times, requiring strong organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
