As our client portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a Client Services Manager to join our team.
About the Role
This is a client-facing role at the heart of our audit and consultancy delivery.
You will be responsible for managing client engagements from initiation through to completion, acting as a key link between clients, audited entities, Associates and internal delivery teams. Success in this role requires excellent relationship management skills, commercial awareness, and the confidence to lead discussions with senior stakeholders across the insurance industry. You may not always be the most technical person in the room, but you will ensure projects are well managed, stakeholders are engaged, and delivery remains on track.
This is a full-time role.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for allocated clients.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead project meetings, progress reviews, challenge sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure clients remain informed, engaged, and confident throughout delivery.
- Support client retention through consistent, high-quality service.
- Identify opportunities for additional support, repeat work, and wider engagement.

Project Delivery
- Manage audit and consultancy projects through the full delivery lifecycle.
- Coordinate delivery activities, project plans, milestones, and governance requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor delivery risks and resolve issues before they impact project outcomes.
- Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and reporting.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage confidently with senior claims leaders, operational managers, audited entities, and external partners.
- Facilitate constructive and professional discussions, including challenging conversations where required.
- Coordinate communication between clients, Associates, and SX3 delivery teams.
- Ensure all stakeholders understand project objectives, requirements, and expectations.
Associate and Team Coordination
- Identify and coordinate appropriate Associates for client engagements.
- Brief project teams effectively and ensure resources are fully prepared for delivery.
- Support collaboration across SX3 teams and external specialists.
- Monitor delivery quality and ensure work meets client and SX3 standards.
Commercial Management
- Support project budgeting, resource planning, and invoicing activities.
- Monitor utilisation, delivery costs, and project performance.
- Identify and escalate commercial risks where appropriate.
- Contribute to proposals and client development activities.
Quality and Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all deliverables are professional, accurate, and evidence-based.
- Support quality assurance activities across projects.
- Contribute ideas and improvements that strengthen delivery efficiency and add client value.
- Promote consistency in project management, communication, and client experience.

Qualifications
You will be an experienced insurance professional with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Most importantly, you will have the confidence and credibility to represent SX3 with clients, audited entities, and senior industry stakeholders. You will be comfortable leading meetings, facilitating discussions, and managing competing priorities across multiple projects.
Required Skills
- Significant insurance claims experience, typically 10-15+ years.
- Experience working in claims operations, claims management, audit, quality assurance, or consultancy environments.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Experience managing projects or workstreams from initiation to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead meetings and facilitate productive stakeholder discussions.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Audit or assurance experience.
- Experience engaging with senior insurance stakeholders.
- Project management qualifications (or formal project management experience).
- Experience working within consultancy environments.
- Familiarity with claims data analysis and performance reporting.
