Client Services Manager
No one ever got noticed by doing the same as everyone else.

We’re looking for an experienced Client Services Manager who follows that belief. Working across a diverse portfolio of national and international clients, you’ll be a natural relationship builder, strategic thinker and trusted partner who thrives on delivering exceptional client service while taking innovative marketing campaigns to market.

Your day-to-day
You’ll be the go-to contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and ensuring every project reflects the award-winning service and Sowdens standard we’re known for. You’ll turn client briefs into actionable plans, coordinate with production and studio teams, manage projects from brief to delivery, keep quality high and ambitious deadlines on track.
You’ll thrive in this role with…
- 3-4+ years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing environment (ideally in an agency)
- Build strong client relationships, spot opportunities and add value
- Care about delivering exceptional client service
- Organised, proactive and can juggle multiple projects without flapping
- Broad marketing knowledge across channels, sectors and audiences
- Think strategically while still getting stuck into delivery
- Feel comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and directors
- Bring a collaborative, positive and glass-half-full mentality
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, content, events and web
What you’ll be doing
- Day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships
- Get under the skin of clients’ businesses, audiences and objectives
- Manage projects and integrated campaigns from brief to delivery
- Lead client meetings, campaign reviews and regular communications
- Create briefs and collaborate with creative, digital and production teams
- Confidently present plans, ideas, results and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and add value
- Bring quality assurance including proofing, checking and signing off
