About Crossover
Crossover is a UK-based digital advertising specialist that provides sophisticated hyperlocal solutions to media agencies and brands directly. For certain clients, we are also responsible for the strategy and delivery of their national campaigns.
Our client base ranges from blue-chip, household-name brands through to smaller regional advertisers and whilst the majority of our campaigns run in the UK, we also activate across numerous international markets.
Our service offer is underpinned by unique proprietary hyperlocal technology that allows us to automate workflows and optimisation across all major social media platforms, YouTube and programmatically traded media such as CTV and digital audio.
Candidates have the opportunity to join an innovative, fast-growing business with a highly differentiated market proposition and an inclusive, flexible and entrepreneurial culture.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced client liaison to join our team and help our clients enhance performance with our hyperlocal technology. You’ll be supporting our sales team on key strategic client meetings while simultaneously ensuring that their cross-platform digital campaigns succeed. Half traditional account manager and half project manager, this role gives you the opportunity to experience both sides of our business and become an integral part of the team.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
