Client Services Manager Business Centre | c£30,000£31,000
Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Client Services Manager to support the successful launch and ongoing operation of a serviced office near Godalming.
This varied role will be central to the day-to-day running of the business centre, with responsibility for client relationships, operational standards, sales activity, and overall commercial performance.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and confident working in a hands-on role where strong administration, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting occupancy growth, revenue performance, and client retention.
- Managing enquiries, viewings, licence renewals, and local marketing activity.
- Maintaining high standards across service delivery, presentation, health and safety, and daily operations.
- Developing strong relationships with clients, brokers, agents, and local contacts.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
- Previous operational administration experience, ideally within a business centre, serviced office, or commercial property environment (but this isn't essential).
- Strong customer service skills, commercial awareness, and confidence liaising with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and networking skills.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities professionally.

This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. The package includes a discretionary annual bonus, private medical cover, life assurance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking, and free eye tests.
