Seeking a Client Services Manager with experience in Retail Consumer Electronics within an agency environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
What you'll be doing
This is a role for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, managing multiple priorities, and delivering exceptional service consistently.
You'll take full ownership of your client portfolio, acting as the trusted partner clients rely on to ensure electronic product launch campaigns run smoothly, KPIs are exceeded, and growth opportunities are identified and pursued. This is a role where there are many consumer products launching throughout the year, across multiple retail locations, so being able to take initiative and strong project management skills will be key.

- Own your client portfolio end-to-end, from campaign management through to service delivery and post-project review
- Manage budgets, track performance against KPIs and SLAs, and drive commercial efficiency across your accounts
- Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships to deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced retail environment

Working between the client's office and the agency in London 3 dpw hybrid, with travel to retail stores for certain activation campaigns.

About You
To be considered for the Client Services Manager role for a Brand Engagement Agency in London you’ll be a detail-oriented and enthusiastic team player with a passion for retail and technology.

You’ll Need To Show
- Demonstrated experience managing campaigns, events, or tactical initiatives in a retail or consumer goods setting
- Field marketing / agency experience required
- Agency understanding/experience preferable
- Good commercial awareness, understand budget management and be a critical thinker
