Client Services Manager – Italian Speaking

📍 London / EMEA
💼 Permanent contract | Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week
💰 £44,000–£55,000 per annum + 20% performance bonus
✈️ Regular travel, including 1–3 overnight stays depending on business needs and season

Fluent in Italian and English, with experience managing client accounts and delivering retail or field marketing campaigns? We’re looking for an EMEA Client Services Manager to join our client’s retail excellence programme. You’ll connect the UK Hub, local market clients and in-market partner agencies, managing campaigns and service delivery while building strong relationships across European markets.

What you’ll do

  • Manage client campaigns, requests and projects from briefing through to delivery and review.
  • Coordinate local partner agencies delivering field marketing, promoter campaigns, events and incentives.
  • Provide clear client updates in Italian and English, acting as a key contact for queries and escalations.
  • Monitor budgets, KPIs and service-level agreements, driving commercial performance and service improvements.
  • Lead and support direct reports and/or agency teams within your account.
  • Collaborate across markets, identify growth opportunities and share best practice across the EMEA Hub.

What you’ll bring

  • Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken.
  • Previous account management experience and a strong customer-facing background.
  • Field marketing or agency experience.
  • Experience or understanding of the retail or telecommunications industry.
  • Confidence managing budgets, KPIs and multiple projects.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across multicultural teams.
  • A proactive, resilient approach and the ability to adapt under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and stay away from home.
  • Experience working across European markets is an advantage.
