Client Services Manager

Milton Keynes | Hybrid Working | Circa £60,000 - £65,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced client services, account management or outsourcing professional looking for an opportunity to work with international clients in a fast-growing and highly collaborative environment?

We are recruiting for a Client Services Manager to join a specialist team responsible for delivering complex, multi-country compliance and outsourcing solutions to multinational organisations. This is a varied and commercially focused role, combining client relationship management, project delivery, team leadership and business development.

The Opportunity

Working with a portfolio of international clients operating across multiple jurisdictions, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring the successful delivery of outsourced compliance services including tax returns and financial reporting requirements.

  • Manage a team of coordinators
  • Oversee global service delivery
  • Lead onboarding and implementation projects
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across a worldwide professional services network

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of multinational clients with responsibility for service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Lead and support a team of coordinators to ensure deadlines and client expectations are consistently achieved
  • Take ownership of client onboarding, implementation projects and transition activities
  • Manage international compliance engagements across multiple countries and service lines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Lead regular client meetings and act as the escalation point for service-related issues
  • Support business development activity including proposals, tenders, pricing and pitches
  • Manage budgets, billing, work in progress and fee recovery across your portfolio
  • Ensure compliance with internal risk management and client acceptance procedures
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to the ongoing development of the service offering
  • Recruit, mentor and develop team members while supporting performance and career progression

About You

  • Experience within professional services, financial services, outsourcing or a client-facing corporate environment
  • Strong account management and client relationship skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Previous people management or team leadership experience
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills
  • Experience working with international clients or cross-border projects
  • Good understanding of tax compliance and/or financial reporting processes
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Additional language skills would be advantageous but are not essential
