Client Services Manager
Kings Hill, West Malling (Hybrid)

We're looking for an inspiring Client Services Manager to lead one of our client account management teams. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded leader who is passionate about developing people, strengthening client relationships and driving sustainable business growth.
This isn't a traditional account management role.
You won't carry your own portfolio. Instead, you'll lead, coach and empower a team of talented Account Managers, giving you the opportunity to make a broader impact across client retention, customer experience and revenue growth.

The Opportunity
As Client Services Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your client account squad, leading performance across customer retention, revenue growth and client satisfaction. What You'll Be Doing
Lead a High-Performing Team
- Inspire, coach and develop a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Support career development and succession planning across the team
- Champion exceptional client service standards
Drive Client Retention & Growth
- Own squad performance across retention, renewals and account growth
- Help your team identify and maximise cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor customer health, proactively managing risk and reducing churn
- Use data and insight to drive performance improvement
Deliver Commercial Success
- Manage performance against revenue and retention objectives
- Maintain visibility of pipeline, forecasts and growth opportunities
- Provide strategic insights to help shape wider business planning
- Ensure strong operational discipline and consistent execution
Build Strong Partnerships
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Compliance teams
- Partner with senior stakeholders to continuously improve the client experience
- Act as a trusted leader and ambassador for both your team and your clients
- Support the Group Client Services Director on key initiatives and projects

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience leading client services, customer success or account management teams
- A proven track record of improving retention, customer satisfaction and commercial performance
- Strong coaching and people development skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives
- Experience managing complex customer relationships and navigating challenging situations
You'll Stand Out If You Have
- Experience in a subscription, recurring revenue or service-led business
- Led teams through periods of growth or transformation
- Strong CRM, forecasting and pipeline management experience
- A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
