LEAD THE TEAM THAT'S THE FIRST FACE OF MORELIFE BY VOY
For 25 years, Morelife has helped people build sustainable, healthier lives — supporting over 12,000 patients a year through weight management and integrated lifestyle services across England. Now backed by Voy and powering our programmes with new technology, we're entering an exciting growth phase, and we need a Client Services Manager who wants to be part of building what comes next.
Client Services is our front office: the first point of contact for every person who comes to us, from GP and self-referrals through to their first group session. It's a high-volume, high-impact operation — and we're looking for someone who can lead it with both heart and rigour.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Leading, mentoring and developing the Client Services team — building a culture of accountability and continuous learning among team leads and their teams
- Owning the end-to-end client journey, from referral and onboarding through to booking and ongoing communication
- Partnering with clinical and operations teams to deliver a seamless experience across every touchpoint
- Redesigning processes and workflows to boost efficiency, resource allocation and consistency
- Spotting bottlenecks and capacity risks before they become problems
- Using technology and automation to sharpen response times, scheduling and communication
- Building client feedback loops that genuinely shape how the service evolves
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
