Role Description

VIP Nation International provides world class VIP package solutions for a wide range of artists and their fans on tours across EMEA and special events. Alongside global event organisers, VIP concepts and products are developed to offer an elite fan experience for some of the biggest artists in the world.

In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients from proposal through to completion — owning budgets, building commercial proposals, and acting as the point of contact for artist teams across the full life of a tour. You will be accountable for both retaining and growing existing client relationships and for identifying and developing new business opportunities across EMEA.

You will need to have a strong background in client services or account management within the live events or music industry, with a proven track record in commercial growth and new business. Business-level Spanish (spoken and written) is essential — you will manage Spanish-speaking clients and territories across EMEA and be expected to conduct client communications, proposals, and presentations in Spanish although day-to-day business is conducted in English. The ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously, work at pace, and build lasting relationships with artist teams and internal stakeholders is key to succeeding in this role.

This role is based in London, UK.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
