We Make Health Happen

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Contact Centre Advisor to join our busy team. This is a fast-paced, telephony-based role where you'll be the first point of contact for patients, clinicians, visitors, and colleagues, providing a professional and efficient service at all times.

Working within a supportive contact centre environment, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls, handling enquiries accurately, and ensuring every interaction contributes to an outstanding patient experience.

You'll have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional when working under pressure.

This is a hybrid role, with colleagues working 2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home following successful completion of training.

What You'll Do

How You'll Help Us Make Health Happen

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional, compassionate, and efficient communication.
  • Route and transfer calls accurately across hospital departments and services.
  • Handle enquiries promptly while ensuring information is recorded accurately.
  • Log and report communication or telephony issues to the appropriate IT teams.
  • Follow established policies and procedures when managing complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service levels and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing the patient experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
