Client Services Operations Analyst

Duration: 12 month contract
Work Setup: Hybrid

We are seeking a Client Operations Analyst to join JP Morgan's Investment Middle Office Services team in Edinburgh on an initial 12 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global financial services organisation, supporting institutional investment clients and ensuring a high standard of operational service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client queries, resolve issues and handle escalations professionally.
- Liaise with clients, internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure service levels are met.
- Support daily operational checks, reporting, MI collation and incident management.
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to operational reviews and meetings.

Key Requirements:
- Strong client-facing experience, ideally within a financial services or other corporate environment.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, alongside Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues under pressure.
- Reconciliation experience is highly desirable.
- Exposure to banking or investment products such as equities, fixed income, cash, FX, repo or derivatives would be advantageous, but is not essential.
