Are you an organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys keeping projects on track, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships with stakeholders?
We are working with a leading international law firm that is looking for a Client Services PA to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience as a PA, Team Assistant, Project Coordinator, Administrator, or Operations Assistant who is looking for a varied and fast-paced role with plenty of stakeholder interaction.
Working closely with senior leaders and clients, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and processes are delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating meetings, diary schedules, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Preparing, formatting, and distributing project documentation
- Tracking project timelines, actions, and key deliverables
- Supporting the onboarding of new projects and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with reports, presentations, and management information
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Providing general administrative and coordination support across multiple projects

About You:
- Previous experience in a PA, Team Assistant, Administrator, Project Coordinator, Operations, or similar support role, ideally in a Real Estate team
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
