At Pureprint Group, we're looking for a Client Services Representative to join our growing team. You'll work with some of the UK's best-known brands, helping to deliver everything from print and packaging to marketing campaigns, direct mail, point-of-sale materials, and more.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Client Services team, you'll be at the heart of every project, making sure clients receive an outstanding experience from start to finish.

You'll be:

  • Building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted day-to-day contact.
  • Managing a variety of print and marketing projects, from initial enquiry through to final delivery.
  • Working closely with sales, production, suppliers, and partners to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Coordinating multiple jobs and deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
  • Advising clients on materials, finishes, production options, and innovative solutions.
  • Using a range of technology platforms to manage workflows, quotations, and project information.
  • Providing proactive updates and keeping communication clear, helpful, and responsive.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and add value wherever possible.

About You

We're looking for someone who's enthusiastic, organised, and enjoys working with both people and technology.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have some experience within print, packaging, marketing services, or another fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Enjoy building relationships and communicating with a wide range of people.
  • Are comfortable learning new systems and technology.
  • Can manage multiple projects and priorities without losing attention to detail.
  • Stay calm under pressure and enjoy finding solutions to challenges.
  • Have a positive, proactive attitude and love getting things done.
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office and business software, but even better if you know Creative Suite, Acrobat Professional, or Tharstern (which would be a bonus, but we'll teach you everything you need to know).
