As a full-service global freight forwarder and contract logistics provider, we help our customers manage their warehouse and transportation needs of their supply chain so they can focus on your business.
The Client Service Representative serves as one of the primary business contacts for the customer and is responsible for customer satisfaction.
The Client Service Representative is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent customer needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the Client Service Representative should build strong relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

The Role
As a Client Service Representative, you will act as the key point of contact between our customers, carriers, and internal teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and an excellent customer experience from order placement through to final delivery.
Logistics customer service teams typically act as the bridge between customers and operations, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and seamless order fulfilment.

Essential Duties
- Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Process and monitor orders from booking through to delivery
- Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders
- Provide real-time shipment updates and proactively manage delays
- Resolve customer inquiries, claims, and service issues efficiently
- Ensure accurate data entry in transport and order management systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced logistics environment
Customer service roles in logistics commonly involve handling orders, tracking shipments, and resolving transport-related issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service within logistics, freight forwarding, or a 3PL environment
- Strong understanding of transport operations and supply chain processes
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with TMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
