About the Role

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service?

We're looking for a Client Services Senior Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting strategic client partnerships across both Proclinical and R&D Partners. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced coordinator, administrator, client services professional, or sales support specialist looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, international organisation.

In this highly visible position, you'll work closely with our Client Services leadership, delivery teams, marketing, finance, and operational functions to ensure the seamless coordination of client activities, business development initiatives, and key account programmes.

If you enjoy building relationships, juggling multiple priorities, and being at the heart of a busy commercial function, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Client Services team
  • Support the onboarding and growth of new client partnerships across the Acacium Life Sciences group
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, tenders, RFPs, presentations, and client-facing sales materials
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, interviews, assessment centres, and client review sessions
  • Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics for client-facing activities and business development initiatives
  • Support the planning and delivery of conferences, networking events, exhibitions, and client visits
  • Maintain accurate records of client contracts, terms of business, and commercial documentation
  • Ensure documentation and communications are managed in accordance with company processes and compliance requirements
  • Act as a key liaison between Client Services and internal stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, Delivery, Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Business Support teams
  • Support account managers and leadership teams with reporting, presentations, and client updates

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
