Client Service Partner
Location: London, Canary Wharf
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
We are currently hiring a Client Service Partner to support our global clients in a professional business-to-business (B2B) environment in the technology and internet/web services industry.
As a Client Service Partner, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients who require assistance with CSC’s internet products and services. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues and providing clear guidance.
You’ll work directly with enterprise B2B clients and will partner with our internal teams at CSC to provide support that will ensure our client’s domain portfolios and digital assets are secure.
We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support, so we are looking for people who bring a strong customer focus, enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and timely support via telephone, email and chat
- Build strong, trusted relationships with enterprise clients
- Resolve enquiries relating to domains, DNS, digital certificates, billing and digital assets
- Troubleshoot issues and manage escalations through to resolution
- Develop strong knowledge of our products, services and the digital services industry
- Collaborate with internal teams on client projects, launches and complex enquiries
- Deliver consistently high-quality service while meeting performance targets
About You
- Fluent in Swedish, Italian, German and/or French languages are an advantage
- Previous experience in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Confident learning and working with new technology
- Highly organised, adaptable and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
