At Portico, we're searching for an exceptional Client Services Team Leader to lead the front-of-house experience for a prestigious client in the heart of Canary Wharf. This is an opportunity to lead a team responsible for creating memorable experiences, delivering seamless workplace services, and ensuring every visitor, client, and colleague receives a world-class welcome.

From overseeing visitor arrivals and meeting room experiences to supporting hospitality services and providing first-line AV assistance, you'll lead from the front and set the standard for service excellence.

We're looking for someone who:
- Leads by example
- Loves building high-performing teams
- Thrives in a corporate hospitality environment
- Has previous supervisory and corporate reception experience
- Enjoys creating exceptional client experiences
- Is confident engaging with senior stakeholders and clients at every level
- Has experience supporting meeting rooms and AV technology (desirable)
What you'll be doing
- Leading and developing a team of 2 receptionist professionals
- Managing the visitor and staff arrival experience
- Overseeing meeting room management and workplace services
- Supporting hospitality and pantry operations
- Building strong relationships across the business
- Driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
