Working Pattern:
Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office during probation, reducing to 2 days thereafter in line with current policy
About Our Client:
Finura is a multi-disciplinary, Chartered, award-winning financial planning practice supporting private clients, families, business owners and trustees. As part of its continued growth, Finura is creating a new centralised administration hub to support the wider Client Account Management function and provide greater consistency across the business.
Package Details:
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £45,000 depending on experience & qualifications.

Purpose of the role:
This is a newly created Team Leader position for an experienced Client Account Manager or Senior Financial Planning Administrator who enjoys supporting and developing others. You will lead a centralised team of approximately four to five people, including yourself, responsible for non-client-facing administration such as file preparation, fund switches, trading and ongoing servicing activity. Your focus will be on keeping work organised, managing SLAs, maintaining standards and helping a relatively junior team develop. This remains a hands-on role, so you will still be involved in the work while providing day-to-day guidance and oversight.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage workflow across the centralised hub, ensuring work is prioritised and completed within agreed timescales.
- Lead and support the team through regular one-to-ones, coaching and day-to-day guidance.
- Train and mentor less experienced administrators and help build their technical confidence.
- Monitor quality and accuracy, addressing issues where standards or deadlines are not being met.
- Work alongside the team on financial planning administration where required.
- Build strong working relationships with the wider CAM team and ensure the hub provides reliable support across the business.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to processes and workflow.

The Ideal Employee:
You will have strong experience within an IFA, wealth management or financial planning environment and be confident across the core responsibilities of a Client Account Manager or Senior Administrator. You will need to be organised, confident and comfortable holding people accountable while remaining approachable and supportive. This could be a natural next step for someone who enjoys the people side of financial planning administration and wants to move into greater leadership responsibility without moving away from the technical work entirely.
Experience required:
Five years’ relevant experience would be ideal. Previous Team Leader experience would be advantageous, although Finura are also open to someone who has strong mentoring and training experience and is ready to step up.
