📍 Edinburgh
⏰ 40 hours per week | Monday-Friday (shifts between 7am-6pm)

Portico is seeking a Client Services Team Leader to lead a dynamic team within the Edinburgh offices of one of the world's largest international banks. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an exceptional client, visitor and colleague experience within a prestigious corporate environment.
About the Role
As Client Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing the front-of-house team, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery are consistently achieved. You'll act as a role model for excellence, creating memorable experiences for visitors while supporting the operational needs of a fast-paced corporate workplace.

What You'll Be Doing
- ✅ Leading, motivating and developing a diverse client services team
- ✅ Delivering exceptional visitor, client and stakeholder experiences
- ✅ Managing front-of-house operations and workplace services
- ✅ Supporting meeting room and conferencing requirements
- ✅ Driving service excellence and continuous improvement
- ✅ Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- ✔ Previous supervisory experience in a corporate hospitality, workplace experience or 5-star hotel environment
- ✔ Minimum 12 months' experience delivering exceptional customer service
- ✔ Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills
- ✔ Experience with AV and conferencing technology
- ✔ Knowledge of room booking systems, switchboards and helpdesk platforms
- ✔ A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused mindset
