Client Services Associate – Level 2
Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a leading wealth management firm to recruit a Client Services Associate – Level 2.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced wealth management administrator or adviser support professional to join a highly regarded organisation and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Working within a collaborative client services function, you will support Financial Advisers with both the onboarding of new clients and the ongoing servicing of existing relationships.
The role offers excellent exposure across a broad range of wealth management products and services, with opportunities to develop your technical knowledge and broaden your experience across different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new business applications across a range of products including ISAs, GIAs, SIPPs, Bonds, Protection, VCT and EIS investments.
- Manage client and adviser dealing instructions, including switches, rebalances, fund investments and withdrawals.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, advisers and providers, delivering a high standard of service and resolving queries efficiently.
- Support advisers with ongoing suitability requirements, including arranging client review meetings and preparing pre-meeting documentation.
- Complete post-review administration, including suitability documentation and workflow management.
- Process bond encashments, withdrawals and other client servicing activities in line with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare fee estimates and support the accurate processing of adviser fees.
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records across internal systems.
- Liaise with operational teams to ensure smooth case progression and excellent service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and operational efficiency.
- Support regulatory compliance, customer fairness initiatives and internal quality standards.

Person Specification
We are keen to speak with candidates who have gained experience within a wealth management, financial planning or adviser support environment and who are passionate about delivering outstanding client service.
You will have:
- 2-3 years' experience within a Wealth Management Client Services, Financial Planning Administrator or Adviser Support role.
- Good knowledge of pensions, ISAs, GIAs, investment bonds and wider investment products.
- Understanding of client onboarding and new business processes.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within a wealth management environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications
- Numeracy and literacy skills to at least A Level/Higher standard.
- Progress towards, or completion of, an industry qualification such as the CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning would be advantageous.
