About the Company

Anderson & Young Wealth Management is a fast-growing St. James's Place financial planning practice.
Led by two award-winning Financial Advisers, the business combines high-quality advice, exceptional client service and a modern, technology-driven approach to financial planning. Purpose of the Role

The role exists to:

  1. Deliver an exceptional client servicing experience.
  2. Coordinate communication between clients, providers and advisers.
  3. Drive operational efficiency across the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing

  • Support Advisers with new business, ongoing servicing and annual reviews.
  • Manage client cases from instruction through to completion.
  • Manage preparation of client documentation, reports and meeting packs.
  • Process pensions, investments, protection and trusts.
  • Ensure clients remain informed and supported throughout the advice process.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Build strong relationships with clients, providers and professional connections.
  • Manage information requests and follow-up actions.
  • Deliver clear, timely and professional communication.

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate records across SJP systems and Salesforce.
  • Take ownership of outstanding actions and see them through to completion.
  • Support and mentor junior members of the team.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

Experience & Technical Requirements

Previous experience within a St. James's Place Practice is essential.

You'll have:

  • Strong working knowledge of SJP systems and business submission processes.
  • Confidence communicating with clients and third parties.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience across pensions, investments, protection and trusts.
  • Experience supporting new business and ongoing servicing activities.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Understanding of SJP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
