Building Surveyor | Client-Side Property Company | Central London

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a privately owned property company with a substantial mixed-use portfolio across Central London.

Working closely with the Development, Asset Management, and Property Management teams, you will take ownership of day-to-day building and tenant matters across the portfolio.

The role will include:

  • Tenant fit-outs and white box works
  • Licences to alter, schedules of condition, and dilapidations
  • Building inspections, defect diagnosis, and remedial works
  • Planned maintenance and fabric repairs
  • Preparing specifications, managing tenders, and administering contracts
  • Supporting smaller refurbishment and landlord-led projects
  • Maintaining accurate building records, drawings, and O&M information

We are looking for an MRICS Building Surveyor with at least 5 years’ post-qualified experience who can work autonomously and take a practical, commercially-minded approach.

The client is open to permanent or fixed-term arrangements, on either a full-time or part-time basis.
