Job Title: Facilities Manager
I am partnering with a well-established name in the UK property sector, with a diverse and substantial portfolio of commercial real estate. With a long-term approach to property ownership and management, the business has built a strong position in the market and continues to focus on maintaining the quality, performance and value of its assets.
What sets the organisation apart is the combination of its property portfolio and the depth of experience within its teams. Property, building and facilities management specialists work closely together, bringing practical expertise, sound commercial judgement and a proactive approach to the day-to-day operation of the estate. This creates an environment where high standards are expected, professional knowledge is valued, and effective collaboration plays an important role in the success of the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
